Texas Turf and Pavers offers a wide range of services outside of artificial grass installations. We offer the majority of these services in house so our customers are not dealing with multiple contractors. This also helps our customers save money over a competitor who has to sub out the extra work.
Over the years we have completed 100's of projects around the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex having to pull permits, meet with Home Owner Associations, speak at city council meetings, apply and attend meetings for different variances, Army Corps of Engineers and flood water management to make our case and get our projects approved. Sometimes it can be challenging but we are always up for it.
Sprinklers come up on almost every projects no matter how big or small. Rerouting, changing to drip lines, customers adding flower pots that need irrigation or valve boxes that need moving. Over the years we have learned and trained to make most of the adjustments that are needed with our projects.
We perform mid level excavations that remove concrete, stone, dirt, trees, bushes and sod. Some of these require a trailer while others require large equipment, our guys are trained on any level of equipment that we use on our installations. If we look at a project that is bigger than we can handle we will let the customer know. We are confident in our abilities but know when to say no.
Adjusting yards with a putting green, tennis court or even artificial grass can require changes in drainage. This may be as simple adding a downspout drain to a customers gutters or complete drainage of a large scale commercial project. We have experience in drainage and we pay close attention to where the water needs to go. Our artificial grass drains through the turf, through the base materials and travels at the dirt level. If this type of drainage is not addressed and the drain grate stays at the level of our synthetic grass it will create wash out around the drain over time. The water makes it to the drain but not into the drain itself.
We have the ability to pour flat work concrete on projects as well like sidewalks, patios and driveways. This is outside of the post tension concrete that would be poured on a backyard court or tennis court.
